I do not get any results when looking for a product.

Sorry for that, thanks to our voluntary Yellow scouts our product catalog grows every day and hopefully, we can add your product soon. If you know where to get a product, you can also become a Yellow scout and add it to the Yellow product index. Find more information how to become a Yellow scout.

For Shop Owners

My Shop is not shown on Yellow.

Please, download the app and scan some products to be found on Yellow. Find more information on our page for shop owners. If you are still not shown 3 days later, please contact us.

When scanning products I cannot find my shop in the list.

If the list contains places that are not near your current location, your location service might be deactivated. Please, check on Android if the location service is activated and allowed for the Yellow app. If you can still not find your shop, please verify first, that your shop is listed in Google Maps as we rely on Google Maps for this data. If your shop is not on Google Maps, please add it there first. If you still encounter problem, please contact our Support Team

Is Yellow free to use?

Yes, Yellow is free to use for shop owners and also users. There are no hidden costs or any fees to bring your products online on Yellow.

For Yellow Scouts

Is there a Yellow scout app for iPhone?

Unfortunately, no, we are still working on the app for iPhone. In the meanwhile, please, use an Android phone for scanning products.
